- All participants wishing to participate in AOGIN 2024 must complete online registration and payment of the registration fee.

- Online registration is only possible through the AOGIN 2024 website. (Registration by e-mail or fax is not possible.)
- ·
- Those who have paid the registration fee can check and print the receipt on the ‘My Page’ after logging in to the system.

- To apply for the Student Fee, please submit documents proving your student status to the Secretariat via e-mail (info@aogin2024.com) before registration. (This is regardless of the Professional Status/Title selected during Sign up process.)

** Trainee(Resident)/Nurse/Midwife/Paramedic
- If you register as a Trainee(Resident)/Nurse/Midwife/Paramedic, please submit a proof of status issued within 6 months of the registration to the secretariat via e-mail(info@aogin2024.com).

- If the country you selected during the Sign up process is included in this list, please submit documents verifying your nationality(such as a passport) to the secretariat via e-mail(info@aogin2024.com).
- All the abstract presenters are required to attend in-person.
Payment Method
- The registration fee must be paid in one of the following ways and you can choose one of the options during the online registration process.
- - Option 1. Credit Card
- The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- All credit card fees are borne by the registrant.
- - Option 2. Wire Transfer
- Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail(info@aogin2024.com) with the registrant’s name on it.

- The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
- Appropriate payment should be completed within the right period of registration.
Cancellation & Refund
- Requests for deregistration to be valid must be submitted to the secretariat via e-mail(info@aogin2024.com).
- All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
- All bank and administration fees will be deducted from the refunded amount before transfer.

- Registration receipts are automatically created when you complete the payment of registration fee.
- After logging in, you can download and print from [My Page].
